Group Meeting #11

All present. Holly completed her accommodation so we are adding that. We are trying to download publisher so we can all work on the magazine. We are continuing to insert information and making a plan for times to do the magazine in the next week. It’s due soon and we would like to get a draft printed! 

Group Meeting #10

All present. Holly has completed the second mapping task and Tresha has done her part of the accommodation, Holly will finish her bit by Friday. We have begun creating the magazine on Publisher and planning the layout and have sorted an order for the magazine. We are editing as we put sections into the magazine. We will meet on Monday to continue doing the layout. 

Group Meeting #9

Ashleigh and Fiona met in class. We are waiting for the second map and a revision on a couple of pieces from Holly and Tresha. We are planning on sorting out the layout in our next meeting this Friday.

Group Meeting #8

In class, Ashleigh and Fiona present, Holly and Tresha absent. As far as we know Peiyi is no longer in our group so we are picking up the assignments that she hasn’t done.

We have completed all of our assignments, except Attractions in England that Peiyi was supposed to do; Ashleigh will now do this. Fiona will add opening times and prices for the selected attractions in London, Scotland and Wales. She will also research the Historic Places Trust and/or the National Trust to add in a piece on membership and discounts. 

We will let Holly and Tresha know what they need to do, this is finishing the map for task 2, adding opening times and prices to what they did for Ireland and Northern Ireland and fixing the sporting events and festivals so they cover the whole UK.

We’ve decided the magazine will be an informative magazine in the sections mentioned earlier, we won’t have advertising. We also have a rough outline for the table of contents for our magazine.
