We met in class and continued doing layout. Fiona has done
most of the editing so Holly could continue putting the finished information
into the magazine. Ashleigh has done the advertising pages, which look great so
they will be put in. Tresha has sent us the photos and done the referencing for
the photos to go in an appendix at the end of the magazine.
Reflect on the process of how you have all got to this stage of working together. You have had the initial 'forming' stage of working out who was doing which section of the activities. Who took control? Who was the natural leader? Who was happy just to be told what to do? Who could see the finished product already?
ReplyDeleteThe next stage is 'storming', where frustrations can arise because work isn't being done or there are personality clashes (you have certainly been through this stage). You appear to have gone through the 'norming' stage of pulling together and completing the tasks that have been set and now I can see you are at the 'performing' stage where ideas are beginning to flow and there is a co-ordinated approach happening. Keep up the pace and the motivation.
